Cause

WAN Emulation was introduced in LoadRunner/Performance Center 9.5x.

One of the possible causes for this is that the LoadRunner controller is not licensed for WAN Emulation.

Get the screen shot of License file.

Start —-> All Programs —-> HP LoadRunner —> LoadRunner (with swirl icon)—> Configuration —-> LoadRunner license.

Here you should see "WAN Emulation" in the right column under "Monitors & Modules".

If not, please contact HP Licensing department to obtain a license for "WAN Emulation" that can be added to the existing license.

Solution

If the controller is not licensed for "WAN Emulation," please contact HP Licensing department to obtain a license for "WAN Emulation" that can be added to the existing license and apply this.

Then run the load test with WAN Emulation.
