Error: "Unexpected Signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION…" when recording a Java Vuser

When recording a Corba or RMI Vuser using JDK 1.3.1.03, the following JVM error occurs:

"Unexpected Signal : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION occurred at PC=0x6d4766e5 Function name=JVM_ReleaseUTF Library=C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE\1.3.1_03\bin\hotspot\jvm.dll"

Diagnosis: This problem typically occurs when recording a Vuser without using JDK’s Classic Mode.

Make sure to use Classic Mode for JDK during recording

Make sure that your application is supported to run under the Classic mode, which is the -classic flag from JDK. Then, instruct VuGen to start the recording using Classic Mode.
1. Open the Recording Options.
2. Go to the Java VM tab.
3. Select the "Use classic Java VM" checkbox.
