After upgrade to Sis 11.12 w patch 194, CPU monitors show error exit code: 1219

No data due to Error: CPU Monitor error for machine \\\1nc27689000165.ad.bls.com, exit code: 1219

Error 1219 is a result of a zombied cached connection

From a command prompt window, please issue the following command:

net helpmsg 1219

it reveals

Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again

This means there is a cached connection that has become zombied to the remote server. To resolve this, reboot the SiteScope server.

Additional notes:

Creation of two NT remotes with NetBios method is impossible. The case of it is Windows limitation for number of the connection to one host with different credentials (error 1219).

Richard Lowe (14/5/05): Added to the documentaion (Remote Servers > Working with Remote Servers > Remote Servers Overview):

Note: If multiple Windows remote servers are configured for the same host machine using the NetBIOS method, the connection fails. This is because Windows NT does not allow multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name (System error 1219).

This is fixed by turning off the remote connection cache:

Remote Servers

Server name

Advanced settings

Disable connection cache (check this box)

This forces SiteScope to not cache the remote connections values and allows only one connection at a time.
