Record applications that use non-ANSI characters with the RTE protocol in VuGen

The Remote Terminal Emulator (RTE) protocol in VuGen is used to record the actions of a human user on a terminal emulator. The EriCom PowerTerm emulator is integrated with VuGen and is used when recording a script. Is it possible to record the interaction with an application that uses non-ANSI characters, such as the ones used in Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese?

The PowerTerm emulator used in the RTE protocol in VuGen 11.52 and previous versions does not support such characters. Therefore, applications that use them cannot be recorded with this protocol.
