Check the following:

– After removal by "Add/Remove Programs", check that old LR Citrix Agent installation folder/files are totally removed, by manually deleting any files in the LR Citrix Agent installation folder on the Citrix server.

– After the new LR Citrix Agent installation, check that the registry key contains only one mention of ctrxagentlauncher.exe with the correct path to new Agent folder:

"SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon"

– Additionally, check that this key contains only one reference to ctrxagent.exe:

"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Citrix\wfshell\TWI"
