Error: "Following client components were not downloaded successfully: …" when trying to access the login page of Performance Center

When trying to access the "login" page of Performance Center / Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), the following error is displayed:

Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

1 . bp_exec_agent.cab : / 1 . QCClientUI.ocx :

This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.

Close all connections to Server and try again.

Internet Explorer security settings may prevent the download of client components.

Try the following steps:

1. In Internet Explorer,

Go to "Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security"

Uncheck the following options:

· “Check for publisher’s certificate revocation”,

· “Check for server certificate revocation*”,

· “Check for signatures on downloaded programs".

Go to “Trusted sites” in menu Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted sites",

Add the ALM URL "http://<alm server>:<port>/qcbin" in “Trusted sites”,

Go to "Trusted sites -> Custom level -> Reset custom settings -> Reset to",

Select "Low".

2. On the ALM URL http://<alm_server>:<port>/qcbin:

Go to the "Add-Ins Page",

Select “HP ALM Client Registration” -> “Register HP ALM Client”.

    I have a problem regarding ALM. The following error occur when I try to open Performance Center.

    Following client components were not downloaded successfully:

    1 . Client.cab :
    This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.

    Close all connections to Server and try again.

    Hope you can help me to solve this matter.
